Please read these terms carefully before using Valuable Tools. By using the service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the service

Valuable Tools is an AI-powered tool audit service that helps small businesses identify potentially cheaper alternatives to the software tools they use. The service is provided by Valuable Tools, operated from the Republic of Ireland.

2. Informational only — not financial or professional advice

The recommendations, savings estimates, and tool suggestions generated by Valuable Tools are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, business advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional before making any business or financial decision.

Savings figures are estimates based on publicly available pricing data and AI-generated analysis. Actual savings will depend on your specific circumstances, current pricing, and your chosen plan or tier with any given tool. We make no guarantee that you will achieve the savings indicated.

3. AI-generated content

Our recommendations are generated by an AI language model. AI systems can make errors, hallucinate pricing, or recommend tools that are not suitable for your specific situation. Valuable Tools does not verify every recommendation in real time. Always verify pricing, availability, and suitability directly with the tool provider before making any change to your software stack.

4. Affiliate relationships

Valuable Tools participates in affiliate programmes. We may earn a commission if you click on a link to a tool and subsequently purchase or subscribe. This is disclosed on relevant pages and does not affect the price you pay. Our affiliate relationships do not influence the AI-generated recommendations.

5. Free and Pro plans

The basic audit is free and requires no account. The Pro subscription (currently €19/month) provides access to weekly savings trend reports and additional features. Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the service
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the audit form
• Use the service to generate content that could harm others

7. Intellectual property

The Valuable Tools name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The AI-generated audit report produced for your business is yours to use for your own internal business purposes. You may not republish or resell audit reports without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valuable Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or reliance on the service or any recommendations generated by it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50 — whichever is greater.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular needs.

10. Changes to the service and these terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
