Our story

We are a small team in Ireland who spent weeks trying to find the right Marketing, Sales, Accounting and Customer Service tools for our own business. It was time-consuming, confusing, and expensive — we tested dozens of tools, read hundreds of reviews, and still weren't sure we'd made the right choices.

How the AI works

When you run an audit, we send a description of your tools and business to an AI model (via OpenAI). It generates personalised recommendations — cheaper alternatives, tools you might be missing, and quick wins you can act on today.

Important: the savings figures and tool suggestions are AI-generated estimates. They are a starting point for your own research, not a guarantee. Prices change, free tiers come and go, and what works for one business may not work for another. Always check the current pricing on a tool's own website before switching.

We only recommend tools we believe are genuinely good value. Our affiliate relationships do not influence the AI's recommendations — the model is not aware of which tools have affiliate programmes.

Your data

We don't store anything permanently. Your audit results live in a temporary session (cleared when you close your browser or after a short period). We don't collect your name, email, or any personal details unless you choose to give them. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is it really free?

The core audit — cost savings and quick wins — is completely free, no account needed. The Time Savings section unlocks free when you share your email. Growth Tools and Missing Tools (what industry leaders in your sector are using to grow) start at €9/mo. Sector Intelligence reports, with weekly savings trends for your industry, are €19/mo.

Do you store my business information?

No. Your audit data is held in a temporary session only. It is not stored in a database or linked to any identity. It disappears when the session ends.

Are the savings figures accurate?

They're estimates based on publicly available pricing data at the time the AI was trained. Tool pricing changes frequently. Always verify on the tool's own website before making any decision.

Can I trust the tool recommendations?

We believe the recommendations are helpful and well-reasoned for most small Irish businesses. But every business is different. The AI doesn't know your exact contracts, usage patterns, or integrations. Treat its suggestions as a shortlist to investigate, not a final decision.

How do you make money?
