Our story
We are a small team in Ireland who spent weeks trying to find the right Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Customer Service tools for our own business. It was time-consuming, confusing, and expensive — we tested dozens of tools, read hundreds of reviews, and still weren't sure we'd made the right choices.

What we do
You tell us your business type and the tools you currently pay for. We run a full stack audit that covers five areas:
- Tool health audit — identifies which tools in your stack are good value, overpriced, or underused, and flags cheaper alternatives.
- Stack overlap detection — automatically spots where two or more of your tools are doing the same job, so you can eliminate the redundant ones. No AI needed for this — it's rule-based and reliable.
- AI in Your Stack — surfaces hidden AI features already built into the tools you're paying for, so you're not paying for AI add-ons you don't need.
- Missing Tools — identifies common tools used by similar businesses in your sector that you might not have considered yet.
- Growth Tools — recommends tools that businesses like yours are using to grow, based on your industry and business type.
Results include a downloadable PDF report summarising your audit findings. For businesses that want a guided walkthrough, an advisory consultation is available on request.

How the AI works
Not everything in your audit uses AI. Stack overlap detection is fully rule-based — we compare the features of your tools against a curated database and flag duplicates automatically. This is fast, consistent, and doesn't depend on a language model.
The personalised recommendations — cost-saving alternatives, AI in Your Stack insights, Missing Tools suggestions, and Growth Tools — are generated by an OpenAI language model. It takes your business type, team size, and current stack and produces tailored suggestions for your situation.
Important: AI-generated savings figures and tool suggestions are estimates based on publicly available information. They are a starting point for your own research, not a guarantee. Prices change, free tiers come and go, and what works for one business may not suit another. Always check current pricing on a tool's own website before switching.

What's included in the €9/mo plan?
The €9/mo plan unlocks Growth Tools (tools that help businesses like yours grow), Missing Tools (gaps in your stack compared to similar businesses in your sector), and AI in Your Stack (hidden AI features already inside the tools you pay for). There are no other paid tiers beyond this.
Do you store my business information?
No. Your audit data is held in a temporary session only. It is not stored in a database or linked to any identity. It disappears when your session ends.
Are the savings figures accurate?
They're AI-generated estimates based on publicly available pricing at the time the model was trained. Tool pricing changes frequently — always verify on the tool's own website before making any decision.
Can I trust the tool recommendations?
We believe the recommendations are helpful and well-reasoned for most small Irish businesses. But every business is different. The AI doesn't know your exact contracts, usage patterns, or integrations. Treat its suggestions as a shortlist to investigate, not a final decision.
How do you make money?
